The FED shall have pharmaceutical services available on-site that meet the needs of its patients and shall be governed by the Board’s Rules for Hospitals, Chapter 420-5-7, Ala. Admin. Code, and all applicable federal and state law and rules governing the maintenance and provision of pharmaceutical products and services.
