The FED shall have an organized nursing service that provides 24-hour nursing services that meets the needs of the patients. The nursing services shall be furnished or supervised by a registered nurse and shall be governed by the Board’s Rules for Hospitals, Chapter 420-5-7, Ala. Admin. Code.
