Ala. Admin. Code r. 410-1-7-.11 – Withdrawal From The Review Process

(1) The applicant may withdraw an application from the review process.
1. (a) The request to withdraw shall be made to the State Agency pursuant to the provisions of Rule 410-1-3-.09.
2. (b) If an application is withdrawn, the filing fee will not be refunded.
