- (1) Conformity With Local Zoning and Building Codes. The proposed facility or service must conform to local zoning ordinances and building codes.
- (2) Compliance with Applicable State Statutes for the_Protection of the Environment. The proposed facility shall comply with all applicable state statutes and regulations for the protection of the environment.
