Medical clinical equipment intended for sue in the diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions, which is used to provide institutional health services of a health care facility which are subject to review, and which expenditure exceeds the thresholds referenced in Alabama Administrative Code R. 410-1-2-.07, and/or Alabama Administrative Code R. 410-1-4-.01.
