1. 1. The storage operator shall perform corrective action on all wells in the storage facility and in the area of review that are determined to need corrective action, using methods designed to prevent the movement of fluid into or between underground sources of drinking water, including use of materials compatible with the carbon dioxide stream, where appropriate.
   2. With respect to corrective action, the storage operator shall address, among other things:

   1. a. The corrective action to be performed prior to injection and what, if any, corrective action will be on a phased basis and how the phasing will be determined;
      b. How corrective action will be adjusted if there are changes in the boundaries of the storage facility area or to the area of review; and
      c. How site access will be assured for future corrective action.
2. 3. Furthermore, the storage operator shall identify all wells that require corrective action and take appropriate corrective action.
