- (1) Prior to commencing recompletion or reworking operations, approval shall be obtainedfrom the Supervisor. A detailed workover prognosis shall be submitted to the Supervisorin writing unless otherwise approved by the Supervisor. Form OGB-7, Well Record andCompletion or Recompletion Report, shall be filed with the Board within thirty (30) daysfollowing completion of the well work.
- (2) No downhole work shall be done prior to notifying the Supervisor. Such notificationshall allow sufficient time for the Supervisor, at his discretion, to have hisrepresentative present to observe the work.
