- (h) Chemical treatment or fracturing, see Rule 400-2-4-.07;
- (i) Disposal of tank fluids, see Rule 400-2-4-.10;

- (2) Witness of Activities. The Supervisor may send a duly authorized representative tothe location to witness activities in section (1) above.
