- (1) Unless otherwise posted or authorized, the hours of operation for all State Forests shall be sunrise to sunset.
- (2) It shall be unlawful to enter or use a site or area, or portion of a site or area, which is closed to public use.
- (3) Only registered overnight guests and persons having special permission from the State Forester shall be admitted or allowed to remain in any State Forest after the designated closing hour.
