After September 13, 1962, experience in forestry work of a character satisfactory to the Board as set out in Section 12 shall be acquired after graduation with a bachelor’s or higher degree from a school approved by the Board or accredited by the Society of American Foresters in a curriculum in forestry accepted by the Board.
