- (1) The Board of Trustees of the Alabama Forever Wild Land Trust may, where necessary to accomplish the purposes and goals of Amendment Number 543, hold executive sessions before, during, or after regular Forever Wild Board meetings, as well as call separate special executive session meetings, for the purposes of discussion of sensitive information to be held in confidence regarding appraisals of properties under consideration for purchase. Public disclosure should be made as soon as disclosure will not thwart the accomplishment of the purposes of Amendment No. 543.
