- (1) ASFA is the direct beneficiary of the ASFA Foundation.
- (2) The ASFA Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization which functions as a support instrument to the ASFA.
- (3) The ASFA Foundation has the ability and capacity to provide goods and services to ASFA upon request.
- (4) The ASFA Foundation is independent of the ASFA as an operating organization. The executive director is an ex officio, non-voting member of the ASFA Foundation Board of Directors.
