- (1) Students are encouraged to participate actively in the affairs of their school and community. To the greatest extent possible, students shall be provided with opportunities to assume leadership roles in the conduct of school affairs.
- (2) Students elect a representative to the board of the parent-teacher-student organization.
- (3) Students elect officers and conduct business through the student government association. The SGA is the official voice of the student body to the administration.
