- (1) Guidance and counseling programs are an integral part of the educational program. Guidance services shall be provided to help students understand themselves and their world and to assist them in developing their intellectual, educational, vocational, and social skills to the fullest capacity.
- (2) Confidentiality shall be observed in all counselor-student relations.
