Proper money management is essential to the adequate support of the school program. To make that support as effective as possible, the Board:

1. (a) Expects advance planning through the best possible budget procedures.
2. (b) Encourages the exploration of all practical and legal sources of revenue.
3. (c) Expects maximum efficiency in expenditures, accounting and report procedures.
