- (1) The executive director has responsibility for implementing policies established by the Board.
- (2) All personnel have an obligation to both implement and support these policies. The executive director is expected to provide staff members and the community with opportunities to suggest new policies and policy improvements. Staff suggestions for policy modification should be presented to the executive director.
