- (1) Every effort shall be exerted to recruit the best possible applicants for administrative positions. Public notices of all such vacancies shall be posted.
- (2) Such notices will contain the job description, minimum qualifications, and other information deemed appropriate by the executive director.
- (3) No administrative vacancy may be filled until posted for at least seven working days.
