1. (1) Personnel employed by the Board are responsible to the Board through the executive director.
2. (2) Staff members will refer matters requiring administrative action to the administrative officer immediately in charge of the area. Administrative officers will refer such matters to the next higher authority when necessary.
3. (3) Staff members have the right to appeal any decision made by an administrative officer through approved grievance procedures.
4. (4) Staff members who abrogate, bypass or in any way, avoid proper chain of command procedures are subject to reprimand and/or dismissal.
