Upon receipt of evidence that a licensed Home Inspector or EIFS Inspector has violated or is about to violate the Act or the rules of the Division of Construction Management, the Director may petition the Circuit Court of the county in which the violation occurred or is about to occur to issue a temporary restraining order or other appropriate injunctive relief enjoining such violation.
