The Department of Finance maintains the Alabama Builds website for posting advertisements for sealed bids or other public notifications related to a contract for a public works. The Alabama Builds Posting Fee is required for each posting related to a contract for a public works for a specified period on the Alabama Builds website pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, Title 39, Section 39-1-1 and Section 39-2-2. The fee is intended to cover the administrative costs for posting and maintenance costs of the website. The amount is $25.00 per posting and may be adjusted to cover additional costs incurred.
