Unless otherwise directed in writing by the Department, certified laboratories and laboratories seeking certification shall comply with the EPA Manual for the Certification of Laboratories Analyzing Drinking Water. If there is a conflict between the Certification Manual and the EPA method, the EPA method shall govern.
