NPDES permits issued to operators of large or medium municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) shall include the applicable requirements of 40 CFR §122.42(c) (2016). NPDES permits issued to operators of small MS4’s shall include the applicable requirements of 40 CFR §§122.30 – 122.37 (2016).
