The terms and conditions of an expiring Reclaimed Water Reuse Permit are automatically extended until the effective date of a new Reclaimed Water Reuse Permit if the permittee has submitted a timely and complete application for reissuance of a Reclaimed Water Reuse Permit in accordance with rule 335-6-20-.07 and the delay in permit issuance has not been caused by the actions of the permittee.
