A Reclaimed Water Reuse Permit issued pursuant to the Alabama Water Pollution Control Act (AWPCA) and this chapter shall have a fixed term not to exceed five years. A person who wishes to continue to discharge beyond the term of such permit shall apply for reissuance of a Reclaimed Water Reuse Permit pursuant to rule 335-6-20-.05.
