The Environmental Protection Agency Regulations governing General Monitoring, Recordkeeping, and Reporting Requirements, are incorporated by reference as they exist in 40 CFR §97.430, Subpart AAAAA as of July 1, 2015. (The materials incorporated by reference are available for purchase and inspection at the Department’s offices.)
(2) Word, Phrase, and Rule Substitutions. For the purpose of rule 335-3-8-.33 substitute:
- (a) Adem Administrative Code r. 335-3-8-.09 for 40 CFR §97.405.
