The state solid waste management plan shall be subject to amendment and periodic revision.

1. (1) Each revision of the state solid waste management plan should address those items identified in Code of Ala. 1975, §22-27-45(4)c. that the Department has statutory authority, at the time of revision, to control or regulate.
2. (2) The state solid waste management plan may be amended at any time as deemed necessary by the Director.
