No person shall violate any of the provisions of these rules and regulations. Violation of these rules and regulations shall be deemed to be a violation of the Act, Code of Ala. 1975, §§22-27-7 and 22-27-11, and shall be punishable as provided therein or by other applicable penalties which may be more stringent.
