1. (1) The right to practice as a licensed professional engineer or licensed professional land surveyor expires December 31 of the specified year unless renewed. To be reinstated, a licensee who does not renew before December 31 and has an expired license for a period not to exceed two years, will be required to file a reinstatement form, show evidence of completion of the continuing professional competency requirement, and pay the reinstatement fee as determined by the Board. Any license which has been expired for more than two years is not eligible for reinstatement and the individual will be required to file a new application and meet the statutory requirements in existence at time of relicensing.
