- (1) Applications for Professional Retired Designation must be submitted in the manner outlined by the Board and will be considered by the Board for approval.
- (2) This designation is not a license and does not allow the individual to practice engineering or surveying. An individual that has been granted this designation that wishes to practice engineering or land surveying will be required to file a new license application and meet the current eligibility requirements of the law and administrative code.
- (3) The designation does not require renewal and does not expire.
