This handbook which consolidates in one document basic HUD rules governing real property acquisition and relocation under HUD-assisted programs was adopted by reference by the OSPFP Division. It includes HUD regulations (24 CFR 42) that implement the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act) and special program rules.
