Each participating institution receiving grants on behalf of, and to the credit of, any student shall be subject to examination at any time by the Commission, the Examiner of Public Accounts, or the State Auditor, for the purpose of determining whether the participating institution has complied with the rules, regulations, and procedures of the Alabama Law Enforcement Officers’ Family Scholarship Program.
