1. (1) The Board recognizes and accepts Reviewers approved by, and Peer Reviews administered by the following programs of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.:

   1. (a) Center for Public Company Audit Firms (Center)
   2. (b) Peer Review Program
2. (2) The Board shall consider applications from other organizations or individuals and shall approve those it deems qualified to administer peer reviews.
3. (3) The Board hereby adopts the "Standards for Performing and Reporting on Peer Reviews" promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc., as its minimum standards for peer review of Practice Units.
