1. (1) A school classified as an approved center must have the following minimum number of classroom teachers and students for grades taught at the school site:

   One - Six
   Kindergarten - Six
   Kindergarten - Eight
   One - Eight
   Five - Eight
   Seven - Eight
   Seven - Nine
   One - Nine
   Kindergarten - Nine
   Ten - Twelve
   Nine - Twelve6 teachers and 120 students
   7 teachers and 140 students
   9 teachers and 180 students
   8 teachers and 160 students
   6 teachers and 120 students
   4 teachers and 80 students
   6 teachers and 175 students
   12 teachers and 295 students
   13 teachers and 315 students
   6 teachers and 175 students
   8 teachers and 240 students

2. (2) A school with grades kindergarten through twelve must meet the minimum requirements for the grade ranges listed above. Example:

   7 teachers and 140 students in grades K-6
   6 teachers and 175 students in grades 7-9
   6 teachers and 175 students in grades 10-12.
