- (1) Alabama Building Commission laws, rules, regulations and applicable standard documents for elementary and secondary public school construction shall be followed.
- (2) Projects totally constructed with funds other than Alabama Public School and College Authority bond funds shall follow BULLETIN 1983, NO. 26, CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR COUNTY AND CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS, as revised.
