The State plan for community education, adopted by the State Board of Education pursuant to Title VIII, P.L. 95-561, is hereby incorporated by this rule and made a part of the Rules of the State Board of Education. A copy of the state plan titled, "Alabama Community Education State Plan", may be obtained from the State Superintendent of Education, Montgomery, Alabama 36103.
