(1) One annual meeting of the Board will be held each year.
- (a) An ANNUAL meeting to award scholarships and loans to members of the incoming freshman class matriculating in September shall be scheduled at a time convenient to the Board. Every effort shall be made to schedule this meeting no later than June 30.
(2) Other Meetings:
- (a) The chairman may call a meeting of the Board at any time he deems appropriate providing each member is given at least two weeks prior to notice.
- (b) Special meetings of the Board will be called if a petition requesting such a meeting is signed by a majority of the Board members and presented to the chairman.
- (3) A majority of the members of the Board (seven) will constitute a quorum authorized to act in the name of the Board.
