- (1) Secretary of the Alabama Dental Association who shall serve as chairman.
- (2) Director of the Bureau of Dental Health of the Health Department of Alabama.
- (3) Dean of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, or his designee.
- (4) Chairman of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Admissions Committee.
