(1) Every law enforcement agency will submit UCR Data by the fifth business day of each month. Such data shall be submitted through one of the following methods:
- (a) Directly through ALEA’s provided software
- (b) Through a third-party vendor utilizing an ALEA-approved application programming interface (API).
- (2) The ALEA CJIS Division will submit UCR Data to the FBI Crime and Law Enforcement Statistics Unit by the fifteenth of each month complying with FBI submission deadlines and submission rules.
- (3) Submitting Agencies will have until the fifth business day of the next reporting month to correct errors identified by the ALEA CJIS Division or the FBI and remain within FBI error tolerances.
