A special permitted Managed Shark Fishing Season is hereby established at the Gulf State Park Saltwater Pier in accordance with the dates, times, and locations designated by the Director of the State Parks Division in a news release. A permit must be obtained from the Director of the State Parks Division to participate in the Managed Shark Fishing events. All persons fishing in the Managed Shark Fishing Season shall abide by the fishing regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and other fishing laws which are in force un the State of Alabama.
