Testing of random purchases made by the board shall be conducted by either; (a) an independent testing laboratory that is accredited by a third-party accrediting body as a competent testing laboratory pursuant to ISO (International Organization for Standardization)/IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) 17025:2017 of the International Organization for Standardization; or (b) the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, who may assist in the identification of any cannabinoid(s) that may be present in random purchases made by the board.
