The Board shall employ an Executive Secretary who shall be responsible for the administration of Board policy. All correspondence and request for information shall be made to the Executive Secretary at the Board Office, which will be designated by the Board. The Executive Secretary at the Board Office will make available for public inspection and copying, at cost, all rules and written statements of policy used by the Board in the discharge of its duties.
