The following classes and items are not allowed state aid:
- (1) Beauty pageants
(2) Noneducational contests and games
- (a) Calf Scramble
- (b) Greasy pig chase
- (c) Pole climbing
- (d) Attendance contest
- (e) Needles in the haystack
- (f) Other related games and contests
- (3) Hay and feeding for livestock and wildlife animals
- (4) Entry forms, judging forms, exhibit labels, and related supplies
- (5) Judges
- (6) Any type of paid demonstrations, exhibits and displays
- (7) Any classes and lots not listed in the fair's current premium book
