The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development shall set fees under AS 08.01.065 for each of the following:

1. (1) registered nursing:

   1. (A) application;
   2. (B) license by examination;
   3. (C) license by endorsement;
   4. (D) license renewal;
   5. (E) temporary permit;

2. (2) practical nursing:

   1. (A) application;
   2. (B) license by examination;
   3. (C) license by endorsement;
   4. (D) license renewal;
   5. (E) temporary permit;

3. (3) advanced practice registered nursing:

   1. (A) application;
   2. (B) license by certification examination;
   3. (C) license by endorsement;
   4. (D) license renewal;
   5. (E) temporary permit.
