Alaska Stat. § 44.99.125 – Implementation of policy | Midpage- (a) The governor shall conduct the affairs of state and carry out state programs in conformity with this policy.
- (b) The lieutenant governor shall deliver copies of this Act to Congress and the President of the United States.
