Alaska Stat. § 42.06.560 – Actions to recover damages and penalties; disposition

(a) Actions to recover damages and penalties under this chapter shall be brought by the attorney general in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(b) All damages and penalties recovered under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the commission and deposited by it in the general fund of the state.
