Land within a state forest or within a unit of a state forest shall be managed under
- (1) the sustained yield principle;
- (2) this chapter;
- (3) a forest management plan prepared by the department; and
- (4) if applicable, a carbon offset project undertaken by the department under AS 38.95.400 — 38.95.499.
