Definitions for AS 38.95.080 and 38.95.085

In AS 38.95.080 and 38.95.085 ,

(1) “commissioner” means the commissioner of natural resources;
(2) “department” means the Department of Natural Resources;
(3) “director” means the director of the division of lands in the department.
