Alaska Stat. § 38.34.099

Definitions

In this chapter,

(1) “Alaska Gasline Development Corporation” means the corporation created under AS 31.25.010;
(2) “in-state natural gas pipeline” and “natural gas pipeline” have the meanings given in AS 31.25.390.
