Alaska Stat. § 38.05.795

Definitions

In AS 38.05.700 — 38.05.795, unless the context requires otherwise,

(1) “carbon storage” means the underground storage of carbon dioxide in a carbon storage reservoir;
(2) “enhanced oil or gas recovery” has the meaning given in AS 41.06.210;
(3) “reservoir” has the meaning given in AS 41.06.210.
