Alaska Stat. § 38.05.700 – Applicability and regulations

(a) The provisions of AS 38.05.700 — 38.05.795 apply to the licensing of state land for carbon storage exploration and the leasing of state land for carbon storage.
(b) The commissioner may adopt regulations necessary to implement AS 38.05.700 — 38.05.795.
